Terms of use
Placeholder terms for the EPC Motors website, written for a dealership in Spain. They govern use of the site, not the contract for a car. A sale is made on a separate order. Replace this page before trading.
The site
Descriptions, kilometres and photographs are a guide, prepared in good faith, and are confirmed when you view the car in Barcelona or wherever we agree to meet it. A listing can be withdrawn or marked reserved without notice. Prices are in euros and include IVA where the car is subject to it; margin-scheme cars are described as such before you pay a deposit. Spanish registration (matrícula) and ITV status are confirmed on the car, not assumed from this page.
Finance illustrations
Figures produced by the calculator are arithmetic at a sample APR, shown also as TAE. They are not a quotation, not a recommendation, and not an offer of credit. EUROPAPARTS CONTINENTAL S.L. does not lend. Using the calculator does not consult ASNEF, CIRBE, or any other register.
Your messages
Do not send anything through a form that you are not happy for the showroom staff to read. We will use it to reply. We do not owe you a valuation merely because a form was submitted.
Liability
We take care with the site. We do not accept liability for decisions you make solely from a webpage without viewing the car or taking advice you need. Nothing here limits liability that Spanish law will not let us limit, including rights you have as a consumer.
