State here whether you act as a credit intermediary under Spanish consumer-credit rules, and insert the registry or authorisation reference you actually hold. Until that sentence is true, do not arrange consumer credit. The calculator on this website is arithmetic only.
Whose products
Name the lenders you can introduce, and whether you offer a classic loan repaid over the term, finance with a final payment, or both. Say plainly if you are not independent and do not survey the whole Spanish market.
What you pay us
Explain any commission a lender pays for an introduction, how it is calculated, and whether it affects the amount the customer pays. Say whether a broker fee is charged. Customers should be able to ask for the amount. Commissions are in euros.

Describe the next step if you cannot agree — a consumer arbitration board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo) or the complaints route of the authority that actually supervises you, and only once you are inside that scheme. Do not name a scheme you have not joined.
