The unglamorous work that makes the car make sense.

Inspection, paperwork, delivery, and a way to look after the car once it has left the showroom. The figures in the schedule are samples, so you can see the shape of a cover. They are not a tariff.

Pre-delivery inspection

Every car is put on the ramp in the workshop under the showroom before it is offered, and again before it leaves if it has been sitting. You can read the sheet. If something is imperfect and we are still selling the car, it is written down rather than polished over.

  • Identity, kilometres and service history against the invoices
  • Underside, arches and suspension on the ramp
  • Cooling system, including the radiators on mid-engined cars
  • Brake discs measured, fluid condition noted
  • A road test long enough to hear a bearing and feel a bush
  • A written list of what we would do before we handed you the key

Provenance

Keepers, service stamps, any declared panel work and the order specification where the manufacturer will still release it. The folder travels with the car.

Enclosed delivery

Covered transport to an address on the Spanish peninsula. Collection from Barcelona is just as welcome, and often nicer. The islands are arranged case by case.

Storage

A handful of clients leave a car with us between seasons. It is indoors, on a tender, and started on a rota. Ask, because the space is finite.

Extended mechanical cover

Some clients want a claim route that is not “ring the dealer and hope”. We introduce a cover product with unlimited claims during the term, diagnostic fees included, and payment made to the repairing workshop rather than to you. The table is a sample, not a tariff we are asking you to pay. Cars above a certain value, and anything with a racing specification, are quoted individually.
