Privacy notice
The company details are confirmed. The rest of this notice is original template wording for EPC Motors, a trading name of EUROPAPARTS CONTINENTAL S.L.. Have a lawyer replace it before you collect real customer data. It is not legal advice, and it does not claim a filing with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Who we are

Registro Mercantil de Barcelona, Hoja B-654523, Inscripción 1. Contact: +34 678 335 445, ventas@epcmotors.eu. What we collect
If you enquire, sell a car, ask about finance, or join the occasional note, we store the details you type: name, email, telephone, and whatever you write about a vehicle, including a registration or a kilometre reading when you give one. The showroom desk can read those messages in the admin area. We also keep a technical log of the server that receives the form, which may include an IP address in the host’s own logs.
Why
To reply to you and to arrange a viewing, a purchase or a delivery in Spain or abroad.
To keep a record of a sale, as we are required to for tax and, where a finance introduction is made, for the rules that apply to that introduction.
To send the occasional note, only if you asked for it. You can tell us to stop.
How long
Enquiries that do not become a sale are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted from the desk inbox. Sale records are kept for the period your accountant and Spanish tax rules require. Replace this sentence with that period.
Who else sees it
We do not sell lists. A lender sees information only if you ask us to introduce you and you complete their process. A transporter sees a delivery address only when a car is moving. Our host sees the database because that is where it is stored. Transfers outside the European Economic Area should be described here once you know whether your host makes them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Spain’s Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we have no duty to keep it. You can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es). Put any AEPD reference you actually hold here when you have one. Do not invent one.
